PRESIDENT & C.E.O. Tsiopoulos - Koutoukas Nikolaos Mr. Tsiopoulos is the President and Managing Director of our Group. He\r\nis a graduate of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki's Engineering School with a degree in Civil Engineering and also has a degree in Forestry from the university's School of Forestry that he acquired through a graduate studies scholarship. He speaks three languages; Greek, English and French. |

MANAGING PARTNER Parisis Kostas Mr. Parisis is one of the principal shareholders of the group. He is the Sales Manager at Morfi The Developers. |

GENERAL MANAGER Dimou, Elena Ms. Dimou is the Group's Marketing and Sales Manager and is simultaneously in charge of the Group's office in Crete. She has been working for the company since 2005. She graduated from IEK Accountancy School and later from the University of Wales with a degree in Business Management, specializing in Marketing. She also has a degree in Business Management from the Open University of Greece. She speaks four languages; Greek, English, French and Russian. |

FINANCIAL MANAGER Zervas Vasilis
As the Financial Manager, Mr. Zervas is responsible for the financial well-being of the Morfi Group. He coordinates and supervises the compilation of data for the yearly budget as well as gathering and analyzing financial and operational cost estimates for monthly reports used to present the Group's financial situation. In addition, he supervises and coordinates activities between the accounting and auditing divisions. |

PROJECT MANAGER Tsakalos Stefanos Mr. Tsakalos has a licensed civil engineer with an MSc in Civil Engineering (Earthquake Engineering) and an MSc in Construction Management. He has experience in projects that have special requirements and high specifications. He speaks Greek, English and French. |
